How we handle your details.

Seclight AB is the controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us through the contact form on this site, or on the phone number shown on the contact page.

We process the information you give us through the contact form, to answer your enquiry and, if it leads to an engagement, to prepare it. Nothing else. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to someone who asks us a question, and, once an engagement is on the table, the steps taken before a contract.

Your enquiry is stored in Seclight's own system, hosted by Elastx in Stockholm. A notification carrying the same details is sent to Seclight's Microsoft Teams, where Microsoft acts as our processor under its EU data boundary. Details from the form are deleted twelve months after we received them. Backups may hold them for up to two years after that.

Visiting the site leaves less behind. The web server keeps an access log for 90 days, and your IP address is masked — the last part removed. After that only daily total visitors per page, source and country remain. We set no cookies, load no scripts from third parties, and store nothing in your browser.

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or erased, to have our use of it restricted, to object to that use, and to receive your data in a portable form. If you believe we are handling your data wrongly, you may complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
